Favourite Food Recipe..

So the first entry i need to post is about my favourite food recipe..
 an easy one..
It really hard for me because i dont really have favourite that is easy to made
so i asked my friend's suggestion and then here it's.. her favourite desert..

THE RECIPE...

Ingredients:
Based layer
A Cake –  ( sponge cake, swiss roll, chocolate cake or others, depend on you yourself.
I always use sponge cake chocolate only)

Middle Layer (custard):
2 tablespoon custard flour
4 tablepoon sugar
1 tin @ 400g milk
100g water

Layer on custard:
1 tin fruit cocktail (any brand)

Top Layer (jelly):
100g water
1 packets @ 3 tablespoon instant jelly any flavour. (I usually use coloured jelly powder, without flavour. Only do half from the packet order. I also use water from fruit coktail and lessen the quantity of sugar used.)

Methods:
1. Undercoat: Slices the cake and arrange at the bottom layer. Make sure cake arranged compact to avoid custard layer flow between cakes (later not really beautiful, like picture).

2. Custard layer: In small saucepan, mix the, water, sugar and custard flour. Stir continuosly using whisk on low heat, always stir to avoid cloddy. stir the mixture until it become thick.

3. Cool the mixture for bit before pour it above the arranged cake.

4. Arrange or just spread the fruits from cocktail (only fruits only, do not take the water) in custard. Allow it chill for a moment in refrigerator.

5. Jelly layer: Boil 100g water and include instant jelly. Or follow order behind packet. Cool it for a moment at room temperature and poured above custard which already set just now

6. Keep in refrigerator for an hour or two before served.
